- Assist Digital Media Team to  manage the multimedia screen in the arena and external digital media channels of advertising creative, content production, event planning, responsible for the use of arena’s multimedia devices and creating Social Media Stories on international and domestic and EDM

- Supporting related to arena’s sponsors activation execution, build the summary report on different digital platforms

- Build and look for new cooperation with online KOL’s, research on new online trends and bloggers that can be utilized for promotion and brand activation for sponsors


Major assessment indicators:

- The number of online activation for 6 months

- The no. of KOL’s built for the arena

- The no. of weekly reports generated from the digital media channels including: WEIBO, WECHAT, Dianping, Youku, Tieba, EDM and Website, APP

Venue Engineer (L/V)Engineering SupervisorSHANGHAI2018-01-02

Responsible for daily maintenance of L/V system(including STAR TV, CATV, fire detector, public broadcast, BA TV transmission facility), lifts, escalator, signage board, and floodlights, screen, Musco light, Gas fire control, LED screen, etc  in venue.


- Under the age of 55, 3 years or above related working experience;
- Familiar with the function, operation, maintenance of the relevant facilities;
- Able to coordinate and supervise the field construction personnel and the person in charge;
- Have relevant operation certificate.


-  Responsible for supervising the maintenance of all weak current equipment in venue;
-  Check equipment regularly, make good records; maintain regularly, find and solve problems in time and eliminate the fault and its hidden problem; as well as ensure equipment work under the best condition;
-  Clean workshop and engineering area, keeping working environment clean and tidy, with tools and equipment managed in order;
-  In charge of update and maintenance of engineering construction signage within the responsible area which is used for the operations of outside lights, sound system; 

- Obey the project manager's work schedule, and acwww.websaiti.complish each task under quality, quantity guaranteed in time;
-  Work out, update and supervise operation/maintenance manual;
-  Ensure the security of equipment and its own, as well as create a safe working environment for others. Get rid of the hidden trouble endangering the safety of the employees and report to the superior in time;
-  Explore and practice in the respects of energy conservation and equipment improvement, as well as contribute positive ideas or rational suggestions to engineering manager;

Provide overall administrative planning, direction and policies for the Operations Department. Working closely with Sr. Leadership team, providing solutions while assuring the highest quality service by supporting Events Department and www.websaiti.commercial Department. Ensure an effective and cost-efficient program by developing and controlling the operating budget; and perform related responsibilities as required. Coordinate all elements of facility operation as it pertains to the campus, arena, theater, and retail areas. Direct the operation of personnel, payroll, billing, insurance, accounting, budget, data processing and purchasing. Plan and direct the operation and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, custodial, grounds, event set-up and changeovers, make sure of the safety.


-Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field from an accredited four-year college or university;

-Ten years of responsible experience in busy multipurpose arena which included events, concerts, sports, trade shows and banquets.

-Must have working knowledge of ice plant, HVAC systems, MEP systems, and all major automated facility systems.

-Extensive experience with personnel and departmental HR management, including training, coaching, mentoring and disciplinary actions.  

-Able to www.websaiti.communicate well with others on a supervisory level and in a general work situation.

-Able to work under high pressure in meeting urgent deadlines in spite of adverse consequences.

-Organize and execute training and safety programs.

-Create, review and conduct performance appraisals and take appropriate disciplinary action when deemed necessary.

-Provide training and professional development guidance to staff.

-Responsible for the management and evaluation of the subcontractors within the responsibility range;
